We do our best to accurately display product descriptions, photos, and prices. Because our products are handmade, slight variations may occur — that's part of the charm! Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to sales tax where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders promptly and aim to meet all stated timelines, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to carriers or circumstances beyond our control. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because of the personal nature of our products, we typically don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Custom orders or used items may not be eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Cooty Cloth and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Cooty Cloth, customer happiness is our priority! Since our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we kindly ask that you read our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

🧼 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product — personal-use, fabric-based items — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there’s an issue with your order (damaged in transit, wrong item received, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CootyCloth@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
     
  • A photo of the item and packaging
     
  • A brief explanation of the issue
     

We’ll review your request and do our best to resolve it quickly — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
     
  • Normal wear and tear
     
  • Damage caused by misuse (e.g., improper washing or storage)
     
  • Orders not reported within 7 days of delivery
     

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📮 Return Shipping

If we request that an item be sent back to us, we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs only in cases where the item was incorrect or defective.
